What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, No Cash On Delivery available . All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately. Once Shipped, modifications aren't possible, you have to enable Return.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, EMI options are available on orders above ₹10,000 through select credit cards and payment partners at checkout.
Can I place a bulk order for weddings/events?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5-7 business days. Express delivery: 3-5 business days depending on the location. Custom/made-to-order items: 15-21 days. Delivery times may vary during festival/wedding season.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships. You can also track from your account dashboard.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You can also arrange redelivery or pickup from the nearest courier hub.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery , Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to Orders, select the item, and click "Return." You can also contact customer support for assistance.
Can I exchange for a different size/color?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Return the original item and we'll ship the replacement if available once we receive it.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take an additional 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
What items cannot be returned?
Items without tags or in worn/altered condition.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement ( if available) or full refund immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours before shipment processing fee applies. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible. in that case Return is the way

All our items are come with premium fabrics including silk, georgette, chiffon, velvet, and cotton. Each product page lists specific fabric details.

We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning for embellished and silk garments to maintain quality and longevity.

Use breathable garment bags, avoid plastic covers. For heavy lehengas, fold carefully with muslin cloth between layers to prevent creasing.
